Sometimes, it’s hard to understand why things are happening to us in the moment. I never would have imagined that the tears I cried in that hospital bed – the fear, worry, and confusion – were actually watering the roots of a journey so beautiful.
Diabetes has challenged me in ways I never expected, but it has also given me a new purpose. I’ve learned that my story matters- not just for me, but for others who need to hear it. No tears are ever wasted, and your story matters too.
